Hello from Zip
About TidySprint
We make cleaning smaller. Tiny tasks, short sprints, a little company and zero shame.
Why TidySprint exists
Plenty of cleaning advice assumes you can look at a messy room, make a plan and stick to it for an hour. If your brain does not work that way, that advice mostly adds guilt. TidySprint starts from the other end: the smallest possible next step, a timer you can see, someone (or something fluffy) working alongside you, and permission to stop.
What we promise
- Zero shame. Messy homes are normal homes. No before-and-after humiliation, no "just do it".
- Cleaning, not medicine. TidySprint is a cleaning and routine tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not treat ADHD, depression or any other condition. If you think you might have ADHD, or you need support with your mental health, please talk to a clinician. In the US, you can call or text 988 any time if you are in crisis.
- Sourced facts. Anything we say about ADHD comes from sources like the CDC, NIMH, CHADD or peer-reviewed research, and each guide lists its sources.
- Safe cleaning. One cleaner at a time, fresh air, follow the label, and never mix bleach with ammonia, vinegar or other cleaners.
- No fake hype. No invented reviews, ratings or user counts. When we name another app, author or brand, we say so on the page.
Who is behind it
TidySprint is made by Viral Labs, a small independent studio that builds friendly, useful apps. The guides are written by the TidySprint team and checked against the sources linked at the bottom of each one.
Meet Zip
Zip is a dust bunny with running shoes and a sweatband: cheerful, a little chaotic, and always up for a short sprint. It shows up in the tools and, now and then, in the guides.
